We are aware that some agents are currently experiencing an issue with Insurance Portal search, which may prevent policy or customer name searches from returning results.

Action: If Insurance Portal search is not working, please use PAS as an alternative when possible.

No additional reporting or support tickets are needed at this time. Our teams are aware of the issue and actively working toward a resolution.
