The CSAA CISS PL Engineer and Support team will conduct monthly maintenance on the Claims Administration System on December 21 st, 2025. It is reasonable for customers to expect losses of availability to the Claims Administration System within the specified maintenance window. During this time, please refrain from accessing the system or making any changes, as we will be performing administrative data updates in the CAS application.If you encounter any availability issues after the maintenance window has concluded, please contact the IT Service Desk at 877-554-2911.
